Duke needs a win in the worst way possible, not only to snap its four game losing streak, but to reach bowl eligibility.

At 4-6 on the season, the Blue Devils need to win out to reach the postseason, with games left on the road against Wake and at home to close out the regular season versus Miami (FL).

Wake Forest, ranked as high as No. 17 in the polls this season, also needs the victory to get back on track.

The Demon Deacons started the season 5-0 before a troubling loss at home to the Louisville Cardinals, 62-59.

Wake responded by defeating Florida State and North Carolina State, but have since been outscored 88-20 in two straight losses to Virginia Tech and No. 3 Clemson, both games coming on the road.

Duke and Wake Forest have split its last three meetings but prior to that, the Blue Devils had defeated the Demon Deacons four straight times, breaking Wake’s 12 game winning streak they held from 2000-2011.

Wake Forest has no chance to make it to the ACC Championship Game due to the dominance of the Clemson Tigers, but the Demon Deacons hold a 3-3 record in conference play, trailing Louisville and Florida State in the Atlantic Division.

With two teams looking to get back on track, the Duke Blue Devils and the Wake Forest Demon Deacons will lace it up and kick it off at 7:30pm EST on Saturday, November 23 in Winston-Salem on the ACC Network.
