Louisville has hit the portal hard this offseason. In fact, with 30 transfers, their portal haul checks in at No. 11 nationally according to 247Sports.com.
The key for the Cardinals will be the health of Texas Tech transfer QB Tyler Shough. A talented player and great leader, he's missed 24 total games due to injury over the past three seasons.
The program's five highest-ranked transfers play defense, though. That's an area where Louisville must improve it if wants to take the next step and win the ACC this year.
