Duke basketball lands in Top-4 finalists of another elite 2024 prospect

The Duke basketball program has made the Top-4 finalists for Flory Bidunga. 

Another elite prospect in the Class of 2024 has included the Duke basketball program in his group of finalists.

Flory Bidunga announced his Top-4 to Joe Tipton of On3Sports on Monday afternoon which includes Auburn, Kansas, and Michigan next to the Blue Devils.

Bidunga is listed as the No. 4 player in the Class of 2024 and the top ranked center in his class, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings.

The 6-foot-8 forward went on his official visit to Duke without an offer from head coach Jon Scheyer and his coaching staff but was able to leave Durham with an offer from the Blue Devils in his back pocket.

Bidunga has taken official visits to his other three finalists.

Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan State, and Cincinnati were some of the other programs that were not included in Flory Bidunga’s Top-4.

Duke basketball coming down to decisions with 2024 prospects

Flory Bidunga is now the third Duke target in the Class of 2024 to include the Blue Devils in his group of finalists.

Dylan Harper, the No. 1 player in the country, will chose between Duke, Rutgers, Kansas, Indiana, and Auburn while Patrick Ngongba II a 4-star center in 2024, included the Blue Devils in his Top-8 announcement last week.

Neither player has set a date for a commitment.

Duke has already secured verbal pledges in the class from 5-star forward Isaiah Evans and 4-star guard Darren Harris.

Jon Scheyer has also scheduled an official visit with 5-star shooting guard Kon Knueppel in September.

The Blue Devils currently have the No. 7 recruiting class in the country, according to 247Sports.

Flory Bidunga told Joe Tipton that he has not set an official date for an announcement on his future but hopes to make a decision before his senior season begins at Kokoma High School (Ind.).
