The Duke basketball program unveiled its jersey numbers for the freshmen class.

Just one week after the Duke basketball freshmen reported to Cameron Indoor Stadium, their jersey numbers have already been released.

Head coach Jon Scheyer brings in the No. 2 recruiting class in the country, according to 247Sports, headlined by four 5-star prospects in Jared McCain, Sean Stewart, Caleb Foster, and TJ Power.

The Blue Devils lost a commitment from 5-star forward Mackenzie Mgbako in April after Kyle Filipowski announced he would be returning to the program for his sophomore season.

Mgbako committed to Indiana following the reopening of his recruitment.

However, all four players headed to Duke are ranked inside the Top-20 of the 247Sports Composite rankings as McCain leads the way as the No. 13 recruit in the country.

McCain will wear No. 0 with the Blue Devils, last worn by Dariq Whitehead last season.

Caleb Foster is sporting the No. 1 jersey, which has just been dawned by Dereck Lively II.

Whitehead and Lively II were the only players on the Duke roster last season to leave for the NBA Draft and both were selected in the first round by the Brooklyn Nets and Oklahoma City Thunder, respectively, although Lively will play for the Dallas Mavericks after a trade.

Forward Sean Stewart will wear No. 13 in his first season with Duke after Illinois graduate transfer Jacob Grandison wore the number last season. Joey Baker had the number for four years in Durham before his graduation.

TJ Power, one of the fasting rising prospects in the recruiting class last summer, will wear No. 12 with the Blue Devils.

There has not been a player who was worn the No. 12 for multiple years since Javin DeLaurier after the last three players to spot the jersey were Patrick Tape, Theo John, and Kale Catchings.

Stanford graduate transfer, and preferred walk-on, Neal Begovich will wear No. 20 for Duke as there were no other number changes from the returning players.
