Duke basketball takeaways in victory against Arkansas:

AJ Griffin was a Silent Assassin

Typically, AJ Griffin makes his presence clearly known on the offensive end of the floor with his shooting capabilities, but Saturday was different.

Griffin was quietly filling up the stat sheet with a team-high 18 points and three rebounds on 7-of-9 shooting from the floor, 2-of-3 from 3-point range, and 2-for-2 from the free throw line.

It was almost surprising to see the freshman leading the team in scoring in the Elite Eight victory after his relatively quiet night from beyond the arc.

Duke needs the aggressiveness and scoring prowess of AJ Griffin in New Orleans this weekend in order to cut the nets down and win its sixth National Championship.
