Duke basketball takeaways in victory against Arkansas:

Blue Devils Found Mark Williams Early

One of the biggest issues with Duke this season has been the lack of usage for center Mark Williams in the first half.

Williams typically makes a few impact plays in the first stanza, and the team waits to get the big man involved until the second half.

That was not the case on Saturday night against Arkansas.

Mark Williams had 10 points and eight rebounds in the first half on 5-for-5 shooting from the field.

The 7-footer also had two blocks in the first half but altered many others at the rim.

The sophomore finished the game with 12 points, 12 rebounds, and three blocks and must be a massive presence on Saturday night in the Final Four.
