The Duke basketball team begins its run in the NCAA Tournament on Friday night.

The final run of Duke basketball head coach Mike Krzyzewski on the sidelines begins on Friday night as the Blue Devils face the Cal State Fullerton Titans in the Round of 64 in the NCAA Tournament.

Duke, a No. 2 seed, fell in the ACC Tournament Championship game while Cal State Fullerton, a No. 15 seed, won the Big West Conference Championship by one point over Long Beach State, 72-71.

The two programs have never met before.

The Blue Devils only have two players on their roster with NCAA Tournament experience, Joey Baker and Theo John.

John saw the Big Dance during his time with the Marquette Golden Eagles.

Duke Injury Report vs. Cal State Fullerton

The Blue Devils were dealing with food poisoning upon their arrival last week in Brooklyn. But that has passed, and Duke should be fully healthy on Friday night against Cal State Fullerton.

Duke vs. Cal State Fullerton Odds: Spread, Over/Under & Betting Pick

WynnBET’s College Basketball Odds lists Duke as an 18.5-point favorite over Cal State Fullerton while the total is set at 145.

The struggles of the Blue Devils in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament have been well documented, but this Titan team does not have that one stone-cold killer on its roster.

Duke should be able to win this game on talent alone and continue the career of Mike Krzyzewski.

We will take the Blue Devils to cover and the total to go over the number listed.
