Duke Game Tonight: Duke vs Layafette Injury Report, Odds, TV Channel
The Duke basketball team continues its homestand with a game against Layafette.
The fourth of a five-game homestand is coming up for the Duke basketball program as the No. 7 Blue Devils (4-0) host Lafayette (0-3) on Friday night.
Duke put together its best game of the season on Tuesday against Gardner-Webb since its season-opening victory over then No. 10 Kentucky.
Led by Trevor Keels and Mark Williams, the Blue Devils won by 40 points over the Runnin’ Bulldogs and were able to get the formerly injured forward AJ Griffin and reserve freshman guard Jaylen Blakes some much-needed playing time.
Duke will try and head into the weekend on a positive note after a chaotic week in Durham with another blowout victory.
Duke Injury Report vs. Lafayette
Duke has not dealt with injuries as much as it is dealing with uncertainty around two of its players due to recent DWI-related charges.
Both freshman star Paolo Banchero and junior Michael Savarino were involved in a DWI incident last weekend.
Banchero played, and started, against Gardner-Webb while Savarino was not on the Blue Devil bench.
Expect that to continue Friday night against Lafayette.
Besides that incident, the Blue Devils are healthy heading into Friday’s game.
