New Orleans Pelicans: 11-13, No. 12 in Western Conference

Fan voting: No. 9 among Western Conference frontcourt players

Season stats: The fifth-year pro is averaging 23.7 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 4.6 assists, 1.0 blocks, and 0.6 steals per game while shooting 46.9 percent from the field, 39.3 percent from beyond the arc, and 86.0 from the foul line.

Stating case: Unfortunately for Brandon Ingram, a repeat All-Star nod is no guarantee. The West overflows with premier forwards, including a fellow Blue Devil he has for a teammate. And due to his shared touches with Zion Williamson plus the loaded candidate pool at his position, Ingram may wind up sitting this one out despite essentially matching his 2019-20 production thus far.

All-Star probability for Brandon Ingram: 35 percent
