Duke basketball prediction against Pittsburgh

By no means will this be an easy game for Duke. None have been this season.

Pittsburgh is playing with a lot of confidence and has its best player back, and teams are no longer afraid of the Blue Devils this season given their lack of stars and firepower.

However, this is still Mike Krzyzewski against one of his former assistants, and unless it’s Mike Brey on the opposing bench, Duke doesn’t lose these games.

Duke will get enough from Matthew Hurt, Jalen Johnson, and Jeremy Roach offensively, and Wendell Moore and Jordan Goldwire will lead the charge defensively against a potent Panthers team.

Tipoff is at 9:00pm EST (ESPN) inside the Petersen Events Center.

PREDICTION: Duke 81, Pittsburgh 76
