Takeaway No. 2 in Duke basketball loss: Wendell Moore is seriously slumping

Duke fans know just how good Wendell Moore is. The 6-foot-5 forward had a decent freshman season. He showed glimpses of his potential with a career-high 25 points against Wake Forest last season.

However, Moore’s start to the 2020-21 season has been nothing to brag about. He is currently shooting 23.3 percent from the field, which is much lower than his 41.6 percent last season.
