Three things Duke basketball must do to bounce back against Bellarmine
Duke basketball Key No. 2 – Play the freshman forwards
If Mark Williams and Henry Coleman cannot get sustained playing time on Friday night against Bellarmine, they probably will not get consistent playing time all season long.
The same can be said for Patrick Tape, who has yet to take the floor as a Blue Devil.
Duke needs an inside presence that’s more than Matthew Hurt and Jalen Johnson, even with the emergence of Jaemyn Brakefield on Tuesday night.
For Duke to be successful this season, someone out of Williams, Coleman, and Tape will need to play — and produce.
