Sixth and seventh on this list are separated by just one-tenth of one point. The sixth best statistical season brings us only the third of four double-doubles on this list. Power forward John Mooney played four seasons for the Fighting Irish.

His senior season in South Bend garnered him All-ACC First Team accolades. Mooney finished the year averaging 16.2 points per game, 12.7 rebounds per game, and 1.7 assists per game. Those averages earned the Orlando, Fla., native 38.7 fantasy points per game here for the season.

With 393 boards and 502 points, Mooney was first and fifth in the conference, respectively. The 393 rebounds were just six boards shy of the best mark in the nation. The Fighting Irish finished 20-12 overall and 10-10 in ACC play last season. Mooney’s statistical dominance in the league, however, was rewarded with a contract from the Perth Wildcats of the Australian National Basketball League.
