Frank Jackson has averaged 13.7 points across three scrimmages for the New Orleans Pelicans (compare that to 5.6 points in 51 games this season). However, the 2016-17 Duke basketball one-and-done has seen heavy minutes due to the restrictions on playing time for the starters leading up to their first game of the NBA restart. As for the squad’s chances of reaching the playoffs, well, that will largely depend more on several other Bayou Blue Devils to come on this list.
