Duke basketball: Sizing up the 10 finalists for five-star big man

Ranking the top 10 for Duke basketball target Charles Bediako: Ohio State
Playing time, playing time, playing time. Those must be the top three selling points for Chris Holtmann in his fourth year of recruiting as the head coach of a now-surging Ohio State basketball program (finished No. 19 in the AP Poll last season but reached as high as No. 2). While it’s true that the Buckeyes generally boast a guard-oriented attack, Ian Mumm of Busting Brackets looked at just how enticing all the potential playing time in Columbus could be for Charles Bediako:
“The glass-half-full viewpoint for Bediako committing to the Buckeyes is there will be a lot of roster flux in the offseason prior to his arrival. Ohio State stands to lose much of its offensive production in the way of departing seniors Seth Towns, CJ Walker, Abel Porter, Justice Sueing, and potentially Duane Washington Jr. Bediako can enter the program at a time where his viability and impact on the offensive and defensive ends will pay dividends in his freshman season.”
