Top 10 impact players for the 2020 Duke football team: WR Jalon Calhoun
Despite a disappointing 2019 season for the team, true freshman receiver Jalon Calhoun was most definitely a bright spot. No matter who the quarterback is, he is going to need receivers who can catch the ball.
Unfortunately, Duke will have to deal with the loss of veteran receivers Aaron Young and Scott Bracey. This is one of many reasons that Calhoun will play such a large role this season.
The frosh out of Greenville, S.C., started all 12 games, a very impressive feat. He would go on to score four touchdowns as part of his 420 receiving yards in his inaugural campaign at Duke. Jalon Calhoun’s role with the Blue Devils will only continue to increase as time passes.
