THE SEASON SYNOPSIS
After a heartbreaking loss in the National Championship Game the year prior, and after saying goodbye to a class that had given Mike Krzyzewski a fighting chance in the ACC in his first decade at the helm, the Blue Devils welcomed an athletically inclined group of freshmen.
And with the leadership of Tommy Amaker, they continued the quest to turn the Duke basketball program into the No. 1 program.
