THE SEASON SYNOPSIS

All season, the 1991-92 Duke basketball team wore an abnormally large target on its chest as the defending national champ. All season, the Blue Devils viewed the intense hate from outsiders as motivation and proceeded to register what at that point was the program’s all-time longest win streak at 23.

After two losses in February, they began another win streak, harnessing the most efficient and clutch brand of hoops that Dukies had ever witnessed. The streak again lasted 23 games and did not end until the following season.
