THE SEASON SYNOPSIS
Mike Krzyzewski had one significant part of a championship equation with three potent scorers. Shelden Williams and Daniel Ewing each poured in more than 15 points per game while Redick eclipsed 20. And that strength paid off to the tune of a 15-0 start. However, nobody else averaged more than eight points.
Therefore, in hindsight, it makes sense that the 10-point loss to Michigan State in the Sweet 16 coincided with a subpar shooting night from Redick (4-for-14).
