Duke vs. Michigan (Cameron Indoor Stadium – ACC vs. Big Ten Challenge)

Speaking of matchups that haven’t happened since 2014, we turn to the Duke Blue Devils and Michigan Wolverines.

The last time these two powers faced off was in Cameron Indoor Stadium for the ACC vs. Big Ten Challenge, in which the Blue Devils came away with a 79-69 victory.

Duke and Michigan have faced off 30 times with the Blue Devils holding a 22-8 advantage, ten wins coming in the last eleven games.

However, Michigan is under new head coach Juwan Howard, a former member of the Fab Five, and had the Wolverines ranked inside the Top-5 after running through the 2019 Battle 4 Atlantis.

As a player at Michigan, Howard was never able to defeat the Duke Blue Devils, so in his second year at the helm of the Wolverine program, the conferences should try to give him the opportunity of grabbing that first win against the Blue Devils.

The Duke basketball program has seen too much of Michigan’s in-state rival, Michigan State, over the last handful of years, so a nice switch up to the Maize and Blue would be a welcome sight for the Blue Devil faithful.
