As the backup point guard in his first season with the Memphis Grizzlies, Jones is averaging less than one turnover per game and has played in all 54 games (two seasons ago, he played in all 82 games of the regular season for the Minnesota Timberwolves). Based on his track record thus far, one can expect the 23-year-old will be a reliable, durable player in the league for years to come.
