Duke stands pat at No. 2 in the latest Associated Press Top-25 Poll
The Duke Basketball team remained at No. 2 in the latest edition on the Associated Press Top-25 Poll after two convincing ACC wins last week.
All the Duke Blue Devils did to end 2019 and begin 2020 was post a 39-point win over Boston College and a 33-point win over the Miami Hurricanes, respectively.
Despite those two demolitions, the Blue Devils remained at No. 2 in the latest edition of the Associated Press Top-25 Poll, as the Gonzaga Bulldogs remained at No. 1 despite a shaky start to conference play.

Duke is 13-1 on the season and 3-0 in ACC play with two road wins in conference play. The Blue Devils have played and defeated the lone two teams they have played who are currently ranked in the Top-25 and still have a slew of games remaining against the top teams.
Mike Krzyzewski‘s team received nine first-place votes while Gonzaga received 54 of the first-place votes.
The Kansas Jayhawks follow the Bulldogs and Blue Devils at No. 3 in the poll while the Baylor Bears and Auburn Tigers round out the Top-5 this week.
Aside from the Blue Devils, there are only three other ACC teams that are ranked in the AP Top-25 Poll with the Florida State Seminoles being the highest-ranked non-Duke team at No. 10 while the Louisville Cardinals come in at No. 13 and the Virginia Cavaliers at No. 18.
Duke will be back on the floor twice this week and the Blue Devils wrap up its two-game road trip on Wednesday night against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets who are coming off of a trashing of the North Carolina Tar Heels.
The Blue Devils and the Yellow Jackets will tipoff at 9:00pm EST on Wednesday night and then Duke will return to Durham as the Wake Forest Demon Deacons enter Cameron Indoor Stadium on Saturday night at 8:00pm EST.
