Jamison Crowder finds end zone as Jets close out season with victory
The New York Jets finished up its 2019 season on Sunday afternoon in western New York but former Duke Football star Jamison Crowder was able to find the end zone one more time.
It was a game that meant absolutely nothing to the playoff picture and most fans probably wish the game was never played.
The rain was falling from the gray, cold, and overcast sky and to put it briefly, it was just a miserable day in upstate New York.

The Buffalo Bills were locked into the No. 5 seed in the AFC Playoffs and the New York Jets were already eliminated from playoff contention and the only thing that was left to be settled was New York’s draft positioning.
However, that didn’t stop Jamison Crowder from once again being the favorite target of Jets quarterback Sam Darnold.
In New York’s 13-6 victory over the Bills, Darnold and Crowder hooked up eight times for 66 yards and a touchdown. The second-year quarterback looked the former Blue Devil’s way ten times in the game.
Jamison Crowder led the Jets in targets, receptions, yardage, and was the only player on either team to score a touchdown in the game.
The Jets improved to 7-9 on the season and won six of its last eight games to end the season after only winning one of its first seven.
In his first season in New York, Crowder played in all 16 games for the Jets as he caught 78 passes for 833 yards and scored six touchdowns, one shy of his career high of seven which came with the Washington Redskins in 2016.
Crowder set a career high in receptions while leading the team in catches, yards, and receiving touchdowns.
After a strong end to the season, Jamison Crowder and the New York Jets will look to carry that momentum into the 2020 season in hope of having the franchise reach the playoffs for the first time since 2010.
