Brown Bears itching to get back on the floor after extended break
The Duke Basketball team will host the Brown Bears on Saturday morning and the Bears cannot wait to get back on the floor after its extended break.
Fans were clamoring for the Duke Blue Devils to get back on the court for just one game after its nearly two-week break for final exams.
Duke played one game against Wofford before its second break for the Christmas holiday, but the Brown Bears have not played a game since December 10 due to final exams and Christmas.

Brown played the St. John’s Red Storm 17 days ago and on the eighteenth day, it will be finally time to play basketball again for the Bears.
St. John’s defeated Brown, 82-71, after the Bears made a late push down the stretch after trailing by as many as 18 points.
The Red Storm were also the first Power Conference team the Bears have faced this season.
Brown sits at 5-5 on the year, but after winning its first three games to start the season, the Bears have stumbled of late, winning just two of its last seven games.

The Bears have three players averaging double-figures including Anderson as Tamenang Choh is averaging 14.2 points per game and Zach Hunsaker is averaging 10.7 points per game.
Choh also leads the team in rebounds and assists per game with 8.3 and 3.1, respectively.
As a team, Brown shoots 40.7 percent from the field and 31.4 percent from 3-point range.
The Bears are just 1-4 away from home this season with its lone win coming against Bryant in the first game of the season and its losses coming at the hands of Sacred Heart, UMASS Lowell, Stony Brook, and St. John’s.
