Bagley played 28 minutes in the loss to the Phoenix Suns on October 23 and posted a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds.

After sitting out about six weeks recovering from the injury, Bagley was finally back on the floor against the Oklahoma City Thunder on December 11.

Coming off the bench, the former Blue Devil logged 23 minutes and totaled 11 points and six rebounds while also picking up a block.

The No. 2 overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft shot 5-of-13 from the floor, missing his lone 3-point attempt, and sinking his only free throw.

Marvin Bagley III is coming off of a season in which he was named to the NBA All-Rookie First Team, as he averaged 14.9 points, 7.6 rebounds, 1.0 assists, and 1.0 blocks per game in 62 games played for the Kings, only starting four.

In his return to the floor, Bagley was in the midst of a nail biter as the Sacramento Kings defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder, 94-93, which improved the team’s record to 11-13 which puts them in the No. 7 seed in the Western Conference.

Bagley’s teammate on the Kings and fellow former Duke Blue Devil, Harry Giles, did not play in the Kings’ win on Wednesday night.
