Duke Basketball: Rivalry moves to Chapel Hill as Blue Devils look for win
The Duke Basketball team is in Chapel Hill trying to even up the regular season series with the North Carolina Tar Heels.
In the regular season finale once again without Zion Williamson, Mike Krzyzewski rolled out his normal starting five of Tre Jones, Alex O’Connell, Cam Reddish, R.J. Barrett, and Marques Bolden.
It didn’t take long for the last game to pick up where the first game started. In the opening minutes of the game, Marques Bolden had a chase down block of Garrison Brooks, but fell awkwardly into the stanchion.

Bolden was down in a heap of pain and had to be helped into the locker room. He did not return in the first half.
The Blue Devils were led by the hot shooting of Cam Reddish, who finished the first half with 17 points, shooting five of eleven from the field and three of six from 3-point range as Duke leads 40-38.
R.J. Barrett had a very quiet nine points in addition to four rebounds three and assists but he did pick up three fouls in that first half.
Tre Jones was very efficient with six points, four rebounds, three assists, and a steal.
In Bolden’s place, Javin DeLaurier also played very well in the first half, scoring eight points and grabbing four rebounds.
Kenny Williams and Nassir Little led the way for North Carolina. Williams had 12 points and Little finished with nine points.
Luke Maye and Cam Johnson were fairly quite in the first half on their Senior Night. Maye had two points and six rebounds while Johnson just had five points.
In the second half Duke is going to have to try and stay out of foul trouble and try and get R.J. Barrertt back on track.
The Blue Devils need to put a bigger emphasis on transition defense and will need to get some offensive production out of Jack White and Alex O’Connell.
