After a long hiatus due to the holidays and New Year, the Duke Basketball team was back on the floor in emphatic fashion on Saturday night.

It was fifteen days since the last Duke game on December 20, and in the early portion of the 1st half, it looked like the Blue Devils haven’t been on the floor in a while.

The Clemson Tigers were able to hang around with Duke, even holding a lead for a good portion in the first 20 minutes.

However, the Blue Devils would find a run in them in the late stages of the first half as Duke took a 40-33 lead into halftime.

When the teams hit the floor for the 2nd half, it was like Clemson forgot there was more basketball to be played.

The Blue Devils went on a 14-0 run to start the second half, which all but ended this game.

But……

The 14-0 run was exciting, but Zion Williamson stole the show once again with a monstrous 360 dunk after a steal in the back court.

If you haven’t seen the slam, well, here you go.

The dunk sent the crowd, the announcers, and Twitter into a frenzy, and rightly so.

Williamson led the Blue Devils with 25 points and 10 rebounds, to go along with two steals and two blocks.

The rest of the box score was fairly even for Duke with R.J. Barrett chipping in 13 points along side of Jack White‘s 12 points and six rebounds, Marques Bolden‘s 11 points and five rebounds, and Tre Jones‘ 10 points and nine assists.

Cam Reddish struggled once again, picking up three fouls in the first half, turning the ball over six times, and only scoring four points.

Reddish shot one of eight from the field and and missed all four of his attempts from 3-point range.

As the second half started, Coach K sent out Jack White in favor of Cam Reddish to go along with the other starting four of Jones, Barrett, Williamson, and Javin DeLaurier.

The 87-68 win moves the Blue Devils to 12-1 on the season and 1-0 in ACC play as Duke will host Wake Forest on Tuesday night at 7:00 pm ET which can be seen on ESPN.
