The Duke Basketball team got right back on track after mauling the Indiana Hoosiers in the ACC vs. Big Ten Challenge.

One of the biggest questions going into this game was how Duke would respond coming off of its first loss of the season to Gonzaga in the Championship of the Maui Invitational.

Well, Duke responded with authority.

The Blue Devils buried the Indiana Hoosiers in the first half, as Duke jumped out to a 53-29 lead at the break.

Duke was led by Zion Williamson who poured in 25 points, six rebounds, four assists, two blocks and two steals on the night.

However, even with the game well decided Williamson left the game with what appeared to be cramping as Jay Bilas reported that Williamson had to be carried off the bus after the Gonzaga game due to cramps.

After receiving much criticism for his shot selection at the end of the last game, R.J. Barrett wasn’t getting his shot to fall early, but he got things rolling quickly ending with 22 points, nine rebounds, two blocks, one assist, and one steal, but he fouled out with about seven minutes to go in the game.

Three of Barrett’s fouls were on the offensive end.

Tre Jones was his reliable self, finishing with 15 points, five rebounds, eight assists, and two steals on six of ten shooting.

However, Cam Reddish struggled getting his shot to fall making only four of his 12 attempts, three of seven from beyond the arc, and only two of seven from the free throw line.

Jack White played a typical Jack White game.

He was tenacious, aggressive, and a leader as he added eight points to the winning effort along with six rebounds.

Marques Bolden was rather quiet.

He did not attempt a shot but made his presence known in other ways as he had three rebounds, two assists, two steals, and three blocks.

The Blue Devils defense was incredible, forcing 20 turnovers, as well as holding Indiana’s star Romeo Langford to just 13 points, making three of fifteen shot attempts.

The Blue Devils move to 6-1 after the win over Indiana and will host Stetson on Saturday, December 1 at 7:00 pm on ESPN2.
