Another preseason watch list was announced, and another Duke Basketball player was named to it as Zion Williamson headline the Karl Malone Award Watch List.

This makes four of the five incoming freshman all named to their positional award watch lists as Zion Williamson was named to the Karl Malone Award Watch List, given to the best power forward in the nation.

Along with Williamson, the only other freshman that was selected to the Karl Malone Award Watch List was Simi Shittu of Vanderbilt and Jordan Brown of Nevada.

Other players that join Williamson and Maye on the list are; BYU’s Yoeli Childs, Indiana’s Juwan Morgan, Kansas State’s Dean Wade, Kentucky’s Reid Travis and P.J. Washington, Minnesota’s Jordan Murphy,  Northern Kentucky’s Drew McDonald, South Carolina’s Chris Silva, South Dakota State’s Mike Daum, Tennessee’s Grant Williams, UNC-Wilmington’s Devontae Cacok, USC’s Bennie Boatwright, Villanova’s Eric Paschall, Washington’s Noah Dickerson, and West Virginia’s Sagaba Konate.
