As Week 2 has concluded in the National Football League, some former Duke Football players were able to showcase their skills on the gridiron once again.

After a blowout Week 1 win over the Arizona Cardinals with  production, Jamison Crowder was ready to leave a larger impact on the game in Week 2 as the Washington Redskins hosted the Indianapolis Colts.

Crowder was able to haul in three receptions on four targets for 32 yards in Week 1, and while the number of targets from Redskins quarterback Alex Smith remained the same, the Duke Football product was only able to catch two passes for eight yards.

The former fourth round pick also was able to rack up 29 rushing yards on two carries in the 21-9 loss.

Crowder and the Redskins will look to bounce back in Week 3 as they host the Green Bay Packers at 1:00pm on FOX.

Staying in the same conference, former Duke Blue Devil Shaun Wilson was back in action for his second career NFL game as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers hosted the reigning Super Bowl Champion, the Philadelphia Eagles.

After only getting one carry for six yards in his NFL debut in Week 1 against the New Orleans Saints as the Bucs pulled the upset 48-40, Wilson also only received one carry for nine yards in another major upset for the Buccaneers defeating the Eagles 27-21.

As the week unfolds, Wilson and the Buccaneers will be preparing for primetime as the Pittsburgh Steelers come to Tampa Bay on Monday night at 8:15 pm on ESPN.

As the two primary position players to come from the Duke Football program, both Crowder and Wilson will have to carry most of the burden of being the Duke in the NFL players mainly due to the Fantasy Football phenomena.

Other Duke in the NFL players include Vinny Rey, Laken Tomlinson, Jeremy Cash, Thomas Hennessy, Lucas Patrick, and Matt Skura.
