Raul Clement moved to Durham, NC, in 1986, at the start of the golden age of Duke basketball. He has been a diehard Duke fan ever since. When not hating UNC and throwing things at his TV, he is an associate editor at New American Press and Mayday Magazine. His fiction, nonfiction, and poetry have been published in numerous print journals and anthologies. His first novel, The Doors You Mark Are Your Own--co-written with Okla Elliott--will be released by Dark House Press in 2014.
