Jabari Parker has been named the ACC Rookie of the Week recipient following a week in which Parker led the Duke Blue Devils to victories over Gardner-Webb and UCLA. It was the fourth time this year the freshman phenom has won the award.

In the two victories, Parker was pretty damn good:

22.0 points

8.0 rebounds

2.5 assists

14-23 FG

5-10 3pt

11-11 FT

His performance against UCLA was particularly remarkable, as Parker beat the Bruins inside, outside, and from the free throw line on a consistent basis during a huge 80-63 victory at Madison Square Garden.

And in case you’re living on some far off planet and don’t understand just how good Parker has been this year, ESPN did a pretty good job of putting it in perspective:

Parker and the Blue Devils are off until December 28th, when they’ll be hosting Eastern Michigan (7-3) at 2:00 PM ET.
