Former Duke star Seth Curry has bounced back well after being cut by the Golden State Warriors a couple weeks ago.
The rookie, who is now with the Santa Cruz Warriors, lit up the NBA Developmental League in two preseason games, finishing with averages of 27.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 6.0 assists, and 3.5 steals. He also shot 48.6% (17-35) from the field and 42.1% (8-19) from beyond the arc.
The performance caught the eye of plenty:
I see @sdotcurry healthy and hype to be back on the court. 28pts and the W in his first D-league experience. Just the beginning

In efforts to keep the party going for GSW fans, there’s this: Seth Curry drops 28 with 5 steals in D-League Warriors’ preseason opener

And, obviously, the D-League themselves

The two game stretch is arguably the best we’ve ever seen Curry play, and it was a promising sign for anyone who wants to see Seth reunited with brother Stephen in the NBA.
The Santa Cruz Warriors open their regular season on Friday, November 22nd, at 7:30pm against the Austin Toros.
